Terms of Service
Effective July 11, 2026
1. Who we are
Tool Hub (“the Service”) is operated by PaavanAI (“we”, “us”). The Service has two parts: free document tools that run in your browser, and a paid API platform for OCR, document processing, and code execution. By using either, you agree to these terms.
2. The free tools
The free tools process your files locally on your device. We don't require an account, we don't receive your files, and we make no guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose. Outputs are produced by automated processing of your inputs — verify results before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, or archival documents.
3. API accounts and organizations
The API requires an account. You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API tokens; any use under your tokens counts as your use. Organization Owners control membership, billing, and data for their organization. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
API usage is metered in credits, included monthly per your plan. Credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. Failed requests are not billed. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you paid for. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, applying from your next billing cycle. Taxes may apply based on your location.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, process content you have no right to process, distribute malware, attempt to breach or overload our systems, or resell the Service wholesale without agreement. Code execution runs in isolated sandboxes — attempting to escape them is a violation. We may suspend accounts that endanger the Service or other customers, with notice where practical.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to files and data you process. For the API, you grant us the limited license needed to process your content and return results — nothing more. We never use your content to train models or for any purpose besides serving your requests. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees (Enterprise SLAs excepted, per their own agreement). We may modify or discontinue features; for material reductions to paid functionality we'll give reasonable notice.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or CAD $100 for free usage). Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. On termination, org-scoped data is deleted per the Privacy Policy's retention schedule.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Questions: hello@paavanai.com. We'll notify account holders of material changes to these terms by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
